1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The AI Governance Guy (“Governed AI Navigator”) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide AI governance consulting, literacy workshops, educational resources, and online courses. Our services include:

  • AI governance framework consulting ($2,000–$10,000 per project)
  • AI literacy workshops ($300 per participant)
  • Online course subscriptions ($50/month)
  • Risk assessments and compliance audits (custom pricing)

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Consulting Engagements

Consultation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any engagement. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are established in individual project agreements. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including educational resources, frameworks, templates, and course materials — is the intellectual property of The AI Governance Guy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables produced under their specific engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our AI governance consulting services are advisory in nature. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without consent. Clients agree to keep our proprietary frameworks and methodologies confidential. NDAs are available upon request for sensitive engagements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, GA, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
